Pastor Mike & his wife Melodie became residents of Ypsilanti, MI in 1976. He accepted his call to Ministry in 1986 and served under the leadership of the late Apostle Robert Hill and Pastor Barbara Hill of Christian Love Fellowship International Ministries.

In 1998 he became the founder and Senior Pastor of Strong Tower Ministries in Ypsilanti, Michigan - dedicating his life to guiding a congregation that deeply values community outreach and family unity.

Pastor Mike retired in 2007 after working 30 years from General Motors.

Over the years, he has received several awards for his church’s outreach in the community and involvement in prison ministries, as well as the church’s support to other organizations that help provide services to people in need.

Pastor Mike exemplifies strong leadership, Godly counseling, and an unwavering commitment to teaching the Word of God. His ministry is rooted in compassion, wisdom, and a profound sense of spiritual responsibility. Under Pastor Mike’s leadership, Strong Tower Ministries has become a beacon of hope—where members actively care for the needs of others and fight for family unity. 

Pastor Mike has been happily married to his wonderful wife for 49 years. Together, they have built a legacy of love and faith through their 4 children, 12 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
